American Tax Funding, LLC ("ATFS") has issued this privacy and security notice to demonstrate our commitment to privacy and to assure you, a visitor to our web site, that private information you submit to ATFS is stored securely upon receipt. ATFS Web Site Visitors accept the risk of transmitting such information over the Internet as other unauthorized agencies or persons may eavesdrop and obtain such information.
Public Disclosure
ATFS does not disclose any personal information except when: permission has been granted by the individual; where the information is considered public information under relevant federal, state, county (municipality), or city laws, and is not otherwise protected from disclosure by applicable federal, state, county (municipality), or city laws; or, we are required to do so by law, subpoena, court order or legal process.

ATFS has instituted security measures to protect the information and systems that we maintain. ATFS will cooperate with all authorized law enforcement agencies.
